Terms and conditions for coupon purchases

Minimum age: 18 years old
Our vouchers include accommodation for 2 people only (no additional occupancy allowed)
Vouchers are valid for stays from Sunday to Friday only
Once the voucher has been purchased, you must contact us to book your room (subject to availability)
Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date; after this time, cancellations, modifications, or refunds will not be accepted
In the event of a no-show on the reservation date, the voucher will be considered redeemed and no refund will be issued
All hotel rooms feature different décor, therefore your room may not correspond exactly to the images shown
If the voucher includes breakfast, it will be served in the room between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM upon request
If the voucher includes dinner, it will be served in the room between 9:00 PM and 11:30 PM upon request
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM the following day
