PRIVACY POLICY

1.- CONTROLLER IDENTIFICATION

2.- DATA PROTECTION

The CONTROLLER is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and applicable Information Society legislation. The following information regarding data processing is therefore provided:

Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The envisaged processing operations include:

  • Sending commercial advertising communications, provided prior authorisation has been granted, by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media platforms or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and relate to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom promotional agreements have been established. The CONTROLLER informs users of its official social media pages that access and use imply acceptance of this policy and consent to data processing in accordance with it.

Access to the social media page is prohibited for children under fourteen (14) years of age. Legal guardians are responsible for minors or incapacitated persons.
